Terms of service

Wiener Times is a made to order business. We craft each one of our products individually by hand. In the making we combine traditional craftsmanship techniques, high quality materials and sustainable practices to create the perfect product.

The production time is between 2 and 6 weeks, depending on the item, order quantity and our current production lead time.

POLICY

Payment
We accept direct orders via email, however an obligatory prepayment needs to be made via a direct bank transfer.

Order Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation of your order from Wiener Times.

Shipping
Delivery services are provided by Austrian Postal Service or UPS.
Austria has a 10 €/Euro flat rate for Austrian Postal Service.
EU countries have a 15 €/Euro flat rate, other European countries have a 20 €/Euro rate. All other countries have a 35 €/Euro flat rate.
Free shipping for orders over €/Euro 500.

Taxes and Duties
All countries within the European Union are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price. Please note that for countries outside of the EU additional charges may incur.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange the same item for a different colour or size, you can do so by returning the item within 7 calendar days and writing an email to info@wienertimes.com.

Colours
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on wienertimes.com. If there are colour differences between the colours shown on the website on your computer and the actual colours of the product, this may be due to the colour reproduction on your computer.
